Directions: Sachets for on-the-go
To prepare, mix 150ml of either water or milk in a Turbo Shaker and shake well to combine. It is recommended to consume the mixture 30 minutes before eating. However, please note that this product is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years, unless advised by a medical practitioner.
