We take pride in using only the finest ingredients to create our new Kalamata olive variety. The olives are handpicked and depipped to ensure a perfect texture and taste. We then infuse them with a delicious blend of fresh herbs, including coriander and parsley, along with garlic, red peppers, onions, and chili, to create a bold and spicy flavor that perfectly complements the rich taste of the Kalamata olive.

To complete the perfect taste experience, we use only the best extra virgin olive oil and orange balsamic vinegar to top up the jar, providing a subtle and fruity aroma that pairs perfectly with the spicy chimichurri sauce and the rich, savory taste of the olives.
